Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information associated with a website enquiry or your use of a FLASH ANALYTICS service.

How to submit a request

1. Open the Contact page.
2. Provide the email address associated with your information.
3. Write “Data deletion request” in the message and identify the relevant service.

We may ask you to verify that you control the email address. Once verified, the request will be processed within a reasonable period. Certain records may be retained where required by law, necessary to prevent abuse, or needed to resolve disputes.

Revoking Google access

To stop an application’s access to your Google Account immediately, open your Google Account security settings, find third-party connections, and remove the relevant application’s access. Revoking access may not delete information already shared with the service; submit a separate request using the steps above to request its deletion.
